Who is using your Flickr photos on the net?

Flickr great community especially if you are creative photographer, sooner or later you'll discover great friends talented intelligent and sparkly people and Flickr madness will start.

But are you photos safe as Yahoo is claiming they are, hacking of photos is very simple and there is easy way around the fence to take any photo one like and publish it anywhere.

The first mistake of users is to use API key on numerous websites and there you go your photos are becoming public property with no protection.

Anyway one who publish does it to show work to the world so this person should be ready for the consequences. But back to the question how to discover who did use your photos on their blogs and websites.

Whit Google or Yahoo search engines it will not work even if you use advanced options so the best option for Flickr users is to become a member of the Technorati community because many links to your work will show up in their search-engine.

Once when registered by Technorati you should claim your Flickr page, the tool which Techorati offers does not work with Flickr pages but blogger "Technology Evangelist" has found the way around.

...when done you'll be surprised to discover hoew many websites are using your shots never asked or never informed you about that. Enjoy!
