Yesterday my kids, my wife and me went to the city. We where browsing trough the
shops and of course we ended in the "Palladium" shoe shop. My wife was having all list in the mind what we need this summer and I was all the time saying "we do not need anything this summer". Ok so there we where in Palladium which is packed up with the best Florentine shoes and other world wonders and my wife came with the Von Dutch sneakers for me trying to convince me just to try them on. She knew very well what she was doing, she was aiming on the sleeping teenager in me and it worked. So there I was trying on Von Dutch sneakers and I was sold out immediately, I'm so weak for the superficial culture, I did not wish to take these shoes anymore of my feet, so I walked out of the shop on the clouds in my new sneakers and our shopping season was open. Well for all these who do not know about Von Dutch or similar marks as Energie , Diesel etc except that make appealing products the marketing formula is so tearily good thought true, the receipt is to present the product as part of culture worn by avant-garde with authentic lifestyle and philosophy, faux, faux, faux, but it works at least by me.
